PepsiCo is committed to developing a robust supplier base that includes diverse-owned businesses who provide quality goods and services. Supplier diversity is an integral part of our goal of being the best in the industry. We encourage certified, diverse suppliers who can bring innovation and value to our supply chain to register in the supplier portal.

Upon completion of registration, the appropriate PepsiCo team members will be notified. The information provided in this portal is used for internal supplier searches. In addition, it serves as the platform for the PepsiCo supplier diversity stage gate process which is

- a formal review of potential suppliers by the supplier diversity team,

- a way to provide a set of suppliers to key decision makers in a consistent format

- a way for key decision makers to pre-vet suppliers prior to RFIs, RFPs, etc.

- a way for suppliers to receive feedback and next steps (if any) in regard to preparing for working with PepsiCo

Suppliers will be notified by a team member when they are invited to participate in the stage gate process.

Certification Criteria:

The company must be at least 51% owned and operated by a United States citizen or citizens with one or more of the diversity types listed below. PepsiCo currently tracks and reports on the following diversity types:
